As far as I can see, it would be seven and a half thousand pounds - the Barn, the two adjoining half acres; that is to anyone I especially want to have it! An awful lot needs doing to the Barn, though the foundations and floors are solid, and you allow the possums have pulled the place to pieces getting in and out of the attic where they live! As fast as we fix up one hole they get out their tools and find a weak spot to make another!
