This book is a collection of about 100 black and white photographs by Edna Walling. The photographs show commissioned gardens as well as the gardens and cottages at Bickleigh Vale. Text by Walling from articles and books accompanies the photos, along with contemporary colour photographs and some reproductions of watercoloured garden plans.
