Some people say, when they see the cabin for the first time, "Why did you build it so far from the house?" And the answer is, "That's why we built it!" The height of the walls is then queried, and the answer is, "We did not build them higher than six feet because we like them six feet high!" And you can just imagine the tones of almost resentful surprise that these people adopt when they announce, "Ten casement windows in a room so small!" but the blow extraordinary (for them) comes when they enquire, "How are you going to finish the inside of the walls?" And we, or I, according to whether I am alone and unchampioned or supported by a trusty band of friends, reply, "We have!"
